This section controls at a high level how customers can view and edit their subscriptions in the customer center.
By default, subscriptions cannot be edited in such a way that customers can get refunds.
That is, if the customer wants to reduce a quantity of a charge or to cancel a subscription, these changes will become effective at the end of the subscription term (termed subscriptions) or at the end of the current billing period that the customer has paid for already (evergreen subscriptions).
You can change this logic with the flags “quantities can be reduced at any time” and “subscriptions can be canceled at any time”. Moreover, you can define if subscriptions can be suspended.
