One of the main features of the Subscription Suite is the freedom to offer a wide range of self-service options to customers. The Subscription Suite enables customer to upgrade, downgrade and cancel subscriptions all by themselves based on rules defined in the admin backend.
In the customer center, customers gain a full overview of their current subscriptions and optional add-ons.
Usually we want an upgrade to take effect immediately, so the customer is shown a preview of the change before confirming.
Downgrades or cancellations may only take effect after a certain period has elapsed, so these future dated changes are also shown to the customer in their subscription overview.
