Often customers spend a lot of time with the customer support to solve minor issues, such as address updates and payment information.
In the Subscription Suites customer center module, customers can make these changes quickly and easily by themselves. The system will automatically synchronic the respective billing information with Zuora.
To update the address information click the "Address" tab in the top navigation, apply all changes necessary and press the "save" button.
To update their payment method, the user can navigate to the "Payment method" tab in the top navigation.
The user can then update their payment method by simply clicking the "change payment method" link and saving the new payment method.
